I have a confession to make.
I was in a bit of a self-imposed sales rut…only 3 weeks into my new position!
The phone to me became the equivalent of the furnace in the basement come to life…you know you were scared of it as a kid!
Then came the best thing that could possibly happen to me at that point in time…I went to sales training!
I woke up this morning a bundle of nerves.
My efforts in the sales blitz from last week had secured two appointments with potential advertisers to learn more about their businesses and see how my station could help them hit their goals…and my first one was set for this morning.

So it’s finally happened.
I’ve begun my new career as an Account Executive selling TV and Digital advertising, and my brain could not be more full of all of the new information it is trying to absorb…And it’s only day 2!
